These delicious chocolate lava cakes consist of just 5 ingredients, and are ready in 15 minutes! One of the ingredients is a bar from Keto Cacao, the only Dutch Keto-friendly chocolate bar with extra healthy fats from MCTs and up to 75% cacao! Available in the following flavours: dark, hazelnut, and coconut. I love these bars as a pre-run snack, since the MCT oil combined with cacao provides you with quick energy.
Ingredients for 2 keto chocolate lava cakes

Preheat oven to 175 celsius.
Use some butter to grease 2 ramekins or other small bows that are suitable for the oven.
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a pan, and stir.
Beat the eggs, and add to the chocolate / butter mix. Then, add the almond flour and sweetener as well. Stir until you get a dough-like consistency that is still pourable.
Pour this mixture into the 2 ramekins.
Place these in the oven, and bake for 9 minutes until the top is set but still jiggly. Do not over-bake!
- Turnout the cakes onto plates carefully, serve with some raspberries.
